Due to the renovation of the Main Library, the Old Book Reading Room is located in the Archives of the University of Vienna and extended opening hours apply. The reading room is also available to users of the old and valuable holdings during opening hours, see also https://bibliothek.univie.ac.at/hauptbibliothek/en/alte_und_wertvolle_bestaende.html

ATTENTION: A place reservation is bound to the use of the holdings of the University Archives (archival materials and/or books) or the Old and Valuable Holdings. Due to limited space, we are not able to provide learning places and ask you to contact the Department Libraries of the Vienna University Library.
