The library has 2 group study rooms. A reservation is required for use: by calling 01 427716631, by e-mail to fbromanistik.ub@univie.ac.at or in person at the counter.
In order to make a reservation, we need the following information:Up to 6 people can use the smaller room (ROM room), the larger room (RUM room) can be used by a group with a maximum of 12 students. Both rooms have power sockets. In the ROM room there is also a whiteboard available (pens can be obtained from the information desk in the library if required).
Please note that the rooms must be reserved the day before and are available for a maximum of 3 hours. If you no longer need the room, please cancel.
As in the library, the following conditions of use apply in the group study rooms: cloakroom compulsory, no food. Water from resealable bottles may be taken in. Please leave the group study room in the same condition as you found it.
The group study rooms are only accessible during the library's opening hours.
