Using the Library


The inventory of the department of philosophy is mostly stored in an open-shelf library which means that you can take the books directly from the shelves.

The inventory of the department of psychology is stored in closed stacks. Therefore, you need to request the books via u:search. Items that are part of the reference library are in the reading room. You can take the books directly from the shelves.

Cloak Room Regulations

Please note that in order to use the library it is mandatory to store jackets, bags and other items in the lockers (see Library Regulations for more information). Keys for the lockers can be borrowed at the information desk. The cloak room is located in the hallway between our information desk and reading room. Only water bottles are allowed in the reading room.
