Access

By public transport:

• From Schottentor (U2): Take the tram line 37, 38, 40, 41, or 42 to the station Spitalgasse / Währinger Straße.
• From Meidling or Westbahnhof: Take the underground line U6 towards Floridsdorf to the station Währinger Straße / Volksoper, then tram line 40, 41 or 42 towards Schottentor to the station Spitalgasse / Währinger Straße.

From the tram station Spitalgasse / Währinger Straße walk approx. 150 meters towards Schottentor (i.e., towards the city) and left into Strudlhofgasse to Boltzmanngasse, then right to Boltzmanngasse 5. Take the elevator on the ground floor to the 4th floor / 5th floor, then turn left to the library.

By car:

Travelling by car is not recommended as there is hardly any parking space (short-term parking zone, parking tickets available in Viennese tobacco shops).
