For researchers we offer

- Individual consultation (including recommendations on how to enhance the visibility of research performance)
- Publication strategy workshops (particularly for young scientists at faculty, or alternatively, at the level of research groups)

For the administration (research management) we offer
- bibliometric reports for individual evaluations
- bibliometric reports for faculty evaluations
- monitoring of adopted policies (e.g. Affiliation policy, Open Access policy, etc.)
- bibliometric reports for professorial and tenure track appointment procedures
On request we also carry out bibliometric expert analyses for external customers like research research funders, science foundations, editors, or other research institutions.
Last but not least we also offer permanent services for the library itself:
- support of strategic decisions concerning product licensing and acquisition management
- enrichment of research documentation systems (CRIS) and repositories with bibliometric data
