Most of the main library's books, with the exception of reference works, textbooks and frequently used literature, is stored in closed stacks that are not open to the public. This means that in order to use our books, you have to order them first. To be able to place an order, you need a library card.
Books of normal size (up to 10"; shelfmarks starting with A, I or II) and not older than 100 years can be borrowed for use outside the library.
Books of all sizes that are not older than 100 years can be read in the large reading room.
Books that are more than 100 years old must be read in the special reading room for old and valuable books.
