Book scanner

Using our book scanner, you can scan books up to DIN A2 format and save the file on a flash drive. Book scanners are available at the following locations:

When scanning documents protected under copyright law, please note the provisions specified in §§42 ff. Urheberrechtsgesetz  (copyright act)..

• Main Library, copy centre and catalogue room no. 1
  One scanner is located at the copy centre, which is accessible via a stair lift. Another scanner is located in catalogue room no. 1.
• Serials reading room Teinfaltstrasse
• Journalism, Communications and Informatics Library
  The scanner is located in an accessible building.
• Theology Library
  The scanner is located in an accessible building.
• Art History Library
  The scanner is located in an accessible building.
• Translation Studies Library
  The scanner is located in an accessible building.
• Contemporary History Library
  The scanner is located in an accessible building.

Other scanners

Other libraries offer smaller scanners or copiers that enable you to scan up to DIN A3 format and save the files on a flash drive. All libraries with scanning facilities are marked with a scanner symbol in the list of library locations.
